Nick is a Consultant Radiographer at Rotherham Hospital.
For over 10 years Nick has specialised in capturing and analysing plain film X-rays at NHS hospitals. He has evaluated thousands of diagnostic images, presented training on radiographic image interpretation at both local and national events, and is currently undertaking research around COVID-19. His research has been published in healthcare journals including ‘Radiography’. He is an active promoter of the field of radiographer reporting and advanced / consultant practice.
Guy is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist.
A radiology consultant since 1992, Guy set up and led vascular and ultrasound services in Chester and later at Nobles Hospital on the Isle of Man, where he also supports the general radiology service. He has contributed to the Royal College of Radiologists examinations, served as a council member of the British Institute of Radiologists, and published over 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals. He is active in medical education and has been foundation programme director for newly qualified doctors in both Chester and the Isle of Man.
Jack is a Consultant Radiologist at Nobles Hospital.
Graduating from University of Glasgow with BSc (Hons) in Anatomy (2003) and MBChB (2005) with radiology training in the West of Scotland scheme 2007-2012. Jack has worked as a locum consultant in NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary from 2012-2019, where he was lead for NM/PET and sat on the NHS Scotland panel for PET/CT. His interests include non-FDG PET tracers and hepatobiliary / pancreatic imaging, GI / non-vascular intervention / radionuclide imaging. Jack's work has been published in Clinical Radiology and the European Journal of Radiology. He holds an ARSAC licence, has taught on the FRCR London course, MRCS (Ed) preparation courses and has been an invited speaker at national conferences.
Consultant RN in Interventional Radiology and General Practice at Nobles Hospital.
Graham is a Consultant RN in Interventional Radiology and General Practice at Nobles Hospital, Isle of Man, with over 44 years of experience in health care. He is the last of the generalists, qualified in paediatrics, orthopaedics, intensive care, coronary care, burns and air ambulance. He specialises in ultrasound and fluoroscopic vascular access and chest drain insertion.
Gareth is Theatre Lead Radiographer at Leicester Royal Infirmary.
Gareth has over 30 years experience as a Diagnostic Radiographer. For the last five years in this role, he has been researching how to optimise Radiographic Techniques in an operating theatre setting, including: Research into C-arm techniques to solve distal locking and spinal orthogonal views (unified theory of superimposition radiography), he invented the innovative Image Overlay Template Alignment technique.
Ross is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee replacement surgery.
Ross has held this position at Noble’s Hospital, Isle of Man since 2009. He is also a product development consultant for Materialise, advising on development of the Orthoview pre-operative planning software, and an educational consultant for medical technology firm Stryker.
